Akweni began its Facilities Management operations in 2014, providing post building management and asset management services for completed buildings. These services are currently offered in both South Africa and West Africa and plans are underway to expand our reach into other regions on the continent. The service provision emerged from the construction services we provide to our clients, who then decided to extend our scope of services to facilities management of all their newly built assets as we were instrumental in executing the blue print of the buildings. We have also embarked on movable asset registry and management for our clients as a result of us managing the logistical aspects of most of their goods, furniture and equipment; therefore making Akweni a trusted and cost effective facilities and asset management service provider.
